Chicago wheat futures rose on Wednesday, boosted by diminishing prospects for crops in the United States and Canada and a poor start to the harvest in Russia.
The most-active wheat contract on the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) had risen 1.3% to $6.41-3/4 a bushel by 0958 GMT.
