On 23 May 2022, the World Education Forum began its work in London.
The event, organized with the support of the UK government, is the largest annual meeting of heads of educational institutions, specialized vocational training organizations and representatives of other specialized structures.
This year, the forum is held under the motto "Education: moving forward together - stronger, more confident, better." Delegates from 115 countries of the world take part in its work, who will discuss current trends and problems of the industry, exchange views, experience and innovative solutions to improve the accessibility, quality and inclusiveness of education.
At the World Educational Forum, the Republic of Uzbekistan is represented by a delegation consisting of leaders and senior officials of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, the Ministry of Public Education and the Agency of Presidential Educational Institutions.
The delegation in the coming days, also with the assistance of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in London, will hold a series of bilateral meetings with representatives of official and academic circles in the UK.
In addition, it is planned to hold a briefing at the Embassy of Uzbekistan with a presentation of the development strategy for the education system of Uzbekistan and opportunities for expanding cooperation with the UK in this direction.
